¶ 1 This case is a direct appeal from judgment of sentence. The charges arose from three drug sales in which Appellant was involved. The issues are: (1) whether there was sufficient evidence to sustain Appellant's convictions for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia with respect to the first drug sale; (2) whether the trial court erred by admitting prior statements of a Commonwealth witness as substantive evidence...
