Defendant, Steven Meadows, was charged by information with driving while under the influence of alcohol (enhanced) (DUI) (625 ILCS 5/11-501(c-1)(3) (West 2004)) and driving while his driving privileges were revoked (enhanced) (DWLR) (625 ILCS 5/6-303(d) (West 2004)).
