The retirement board of Peabody (board) appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court in favor of Ronald Tabroff. A judge of the Superior Court reversed an employee retirement classification decision by the Contributory Retirement Appeal Board (CRAB), which had determined that Tabroff was properly classified as a Group 1 rather than a Group 4 employee, pursuant to G.
