¶ 1. Jethro Wallace, Jr. was convicted of robbery, in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated 97-3-73 (Rev.2006), in the Circuit Court of Clarke County. Following his conviction, Wallace was sentenced as a habitual offender to serve a term of fifteen years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections without the possibility of reduction, suspension, probation or parole and fined $10,000.
