¶ 1. Christopher Wilson was convicted of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. On appeal, Wilson argues that: (1) the trial court erred in allowing evidence of prior bad acts of the defendant; (2) the trial court failed to apply the Weathersby rule; (3) the verdict was against the overwhelming weight of the evidence; and (4) the elements of murder were not supported by sufficient evidence.
