¶ 1. Mikimie "Kim" Tenille Brown was charged with murdering her ex-boyfriend and attempting to set fire to his pick-up truck. A Marion County Grand Jury indicted her on one count of murder, one count of aggravated assault, and one count of attempted arson. Trial was held in the Marion County Circuit Court. Brown was found guilty of murder and attempted arson but was acquitted of aggravated assault. She was sentenced to life imprisonment...
