Tywan Obara1 appeals his judgments and sentences for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, grand theft of a motor vehicle, driving while license suspended or revoked, and reckless driving. The issue we must resolve is whether the trial court violated Mr. Obara's double jeopardy rights by recalling him after his sentencing hearing had concluded and resentencing him to a term greater than that earlier pronounced....
