The defendant appeals his conviction and sentence for possession of cocaine with intent to sell within 1000 feet of a school. After the denial of his motion to suppress, the defendant entered a no contest plea reserving his right to appeal. He argues the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress. We disagree and affirm.
