GRIFFIN, J.

The Landing Group of Tampa, Inc. ["Landing Group"] appeals the trial court's Second Amended Final Judgment, which found Landing Group liable to Stefan Kifner and Tammy Kifner ["Kifners"] for attorney's fees and costs. We affirm.

In 2003, the Kifners contracted with Landing Group to build a horse barn on their property in Volusia County. The contract price for the construction was $29,869.
