Petitioner seeks certiorari review of the judge of compensation claims' (JCC) order compelling her to make her expert, who is not expected to testify, available for deposition. Petitioner argues her expert's opinions constitute non-discoverable work-product. We agree, and conclude the JCC's order requiring the forced release of work-product constitutes a departure from the essential requirements of law.
