This criminal appeal arises from the First Judicial District Court, Parish of Caddo, State of Louisiana. Mondrell Laron Wilson, was convicted of second degree murder and attempted second degree murder. He was sentenced to life imprisonment at hard labor without the benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence for the second degree murder conviction and 18 years' imprisonment at hard labor without the benefit of probation, parole or suspension...
