On the basis of a hearing before an administrative magistrate (AM), the plaintiff's claim for accidental disability retirement benefits was denied by the Contributory Retirement Appeal Board (CRAB). In this appeal from a Superior Court judgment upholding the CRAB decision, the plaintiff asks us to rule, as matter of law, that she established that the air quality in her work place proximately caused her to be disabled.
