Gary Anthony Siplin appeals his convictions for grand theft, in violation of section 812.014(2)(c)(2), Florida Statutes (a third degree felony), and for using the services of a state employee during working hours in furtherance of a political campaign, in violation of section 106.15(3), Florida Statutes (a first degree misdemeanor).
