This case deals with the same facts and issues as set out in Succession of Comeaux, 06-1454 (La.App. 3 Cir.3/7/07), 951 So.2d 522. In this matter, Louise Comeaux Gaspard (Louise) appeals the decision of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of Iberia Bank dismissing her claims relating to a certificate of deposit. For the following reasons, we affirm the decision of the trial court.
