Blaine Boleratz (Claimant) petitions for review of an adjudication of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) holding that Airgas, Inc. (Employer) was not responsible for paying bills from a massage therapist. In doing so, the Board reversed the decision of the Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) to grant Claimant's review petition.
