The trial court's final judgment in this Family and Medical Leave Act1 lawsuit transformed Angela Patterson's favorable jury verdict2 to a negative judgment after it struck the liquidated damages portion of the verdict. We reverse the order striking liquidated damages and final judgment and remand for a new trial on damages because the mitigation amount fails to comport with the manifest weight...
