Jonathan Miller appeals the revocation of his probation, which was based on the trial court's findings that Miller had committed a new offense by tampering with a witness and had disobeyed instructions from his probation officer. Because the trial court's findings are not supported by the evidence presented at the revocation hearing, we reverse and remand for the trial court to reinstate Miller to probation...
