This criminal appeal arises from the 26th Judicial District Court, Parish of Webster, State of Louisiana, where the defendant, Quierza Lewis, was convicted of possession of a Schedule II controlled dangerous substance, namely cocaine, in an amount in excess of 28 grams but less than 200 grams, a violation of La.
