At the time of the accident described herein, the decedent was standing on the northwest corner of the intersection of 169th Street and Park Avenue. Defendant Brandon, an employee of defendant The Lord's Church Family Worship Center, was driving a van, owned by defendant McDaniel, in the left lane on Park Avenue in the Bronx.
