¶ 1. The Circuit Court of Warren County, Mississippi determined that Ameristar Casinos, Inc. (Ameristar-Las Vegas) was not the alter ego of Ameristar Casino Vicksburg, Inc. (Ameristar-Vicksburg) and granted summary judgment, dismissing Ameristar-Las Vegas as a defendant.
