¶ 1. Tom Cerrato filed a claim for unemployment benefits in the Mississippi Employment Security Commission1 regarding his dismissal from employment. The claims examiner denied Cerrato's claim. Cerrato failed to timely seek review of the claims examiner's decision with the appeals referee and his appeal was subsequently dismissed.
