This appeal presents one question: Was the plaintiff/appellant required to present expert medical testimony on causation to support her claim of damages for pain and suffering allegedly caused by the negligence of hospital employees in transferring her onto a gurney for transport? We answer that question yes and no. The trial judge concluded that expert testimony was necessary to establish causation as to all aspects of appellant's claim...
