These two appeals arise from the judgment of the trial court sustaining the administrative appeal of the plaintiff, the town of Groton police department. In both appeals, the defendants, the freedom of information commission (commission) and S,1 claim that the court improperly concluded that police records pertaining to the plaintiff's investigation of the alleged sexual abuse of S's minor child were exempt from disclosure...
