The underlying action began as a private dependency action under Chapter 39 of the Florida Statutes when the paternal grandmother filed a dependency petition against the parents. Pursuant to a mediation agreement, the parties agreed to dismiss the dependency action and obtain an order granting petition for temporary custody to the grandmother under Chapter 751. The mother appeals this order and argues that the trial court erred by awarding custody
