STATEMENT OF THE CASE

William Slater ("Father") appeals from the trial court's determination that Z.S., his minor son, is a child in need of services ("CHINS"). Father raises two issues for our review, namely:

1. Whether the trial court erred when it determined Z.S. to be a CHINS. 2. Whether the trial court erred when it did not give Father notice of the dispositional order in open court or proceed to disposition...
