¶ 1. Jody and Amanda Otts sued Donna Lynn personally and d/b/a Southern Foundations for the paralysis Jody sustained when he was shot on Lynn's premises in Columbus, Mississippi. During an altercation with his sister, Lisa Otts, Jody was shot, paralyzing him from the waist down.
