STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Plaintiff, Nichole Penn, was employed by Boomtown Belle Casino in the Food and Beverage Department. On November 16, 2002, Penn was injured while in the course and scope of her employment with Boomtown when she slipped and fell onto the floor in the kitchen.
