In 1993, petitioner, Dana Holland, was indicted and convicted of several crimes, hereinafter referred to as "1993 convictions." Under indictment No. 93 CR 5981, petitioner was convicted of three counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault and sentenced to three consecutive terms of 30 years' imprisonment.
