The defendants, Attorney Paul J. Twomey and Twomey & Sisti, appeal the decision of the Superior Court (McHugh, J.) finding an enforceable settlement agreement, notwithstanding the refusal of the plaintiffs, Mark and Georgette Poland, to execute a release. We affirm.
