Christopher Ellis was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and with possession of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school. In December 2004, he pled guilty to the reduced charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and attempted possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
