{¶ 1} Cheryl Lyn Rigsbee appeals from her convictions and sentence in the Champaign County Court of Common Pleas, wherein she pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated theft of one million dollars or more, one count of tampering with records, and six counts of forgery.
