¶ 1. This interlocutory appeal arises from a wrongful death action filed by Norman Decker Freeman and Susan Freeman (collectively "the Freemans") against Laurel Yamaha, Inc. ("Laurel Yamaha"). The Freemans' son, Christopher Brandon Freeman ("Brandon"), purchased a 2002 Yamaha YZF600R sport motorcycle from Laurel Yamaha.
