James Vardaman was convicted for possession of 250 dosage units of pseudoephedrine, in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated Section 41-29-313(2)(c) (Rev.2005), and conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated Section 41-29-139 (Rev.2005).
