National Semiconductor Corporation ("NSC") appeals the final judgment of the United States Court of International Trade awarding the United States (1) a penalty award in the amount of $10,000 under 19 U.S.C. § 1592(c)(4); (2) compensatory interest in the amount of $250,840.21 under 19 U.S.C. § 1505(c); and (3) prejudgment interest on the amounts in (1) and (2).
