Defendant, Hoffman Consulting, L.L.C. (Hoffman Consulting), appeals the judgment of the trial court dismissing Hoffman Consulting's Petition for Temporary Restraining Order, Preliminary and Permanent Injunction. Intervenor, Red River Bank (Red River), appeals the dismissal of its intervention. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment of the trial.
