Airborne Express, Inc. (Airborne) appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of Cook County which confirmed a decision of the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission (Commission) awarding benefits to Ron Bronke (claimant) under the Workers' Compensation Act (Act) (820 ILCS 305/1 et seq. (West 2000)). For the reasons which follow, we reverse that portion of the circuit court's order which confirmed the Commission...
