Appellant Porta Stor, Inc. ("Porta Stor") appeals a judgment in favor of appellee PODS, Inc. ("PODS") for, among other things, patent and copyright infringement. We conclude that the district court erred in its patent claim construction; that no literal infringement occurred under the correct construction; and that infringement under the doctrine of equivalents is barred by prosecution history estoppel.
