The defendant-appellant, Grayson Jeffers, was found guilty by a Superior Court jury of Disregarding a Police Officer's Signal and Driving With a Suspended License. The jury failed to reach a verdict on the additional charge of Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Person Prohibited. Jeffers subsequently was re-tried on the weapons charge and was found guilty. He was sentenced to five years of Level V incarceration...
