¶ 1 This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Schuylkill County, after a jury convicted Appellant of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, to wit, 4.8 grams of cocaine, a felony under 35 P.S. § 780-113.1 The trial court initially sentenced Appellant to one to two years' electronic monitoring, but subsequently granted the Commonwealth's motion for reconsideration...
