In a suit over retirement benefits under a partnership agreement, the trial court refused to enforce an arbitration agreement, finding that the appellee did not sign the agreement. Because the appellee relied on the agreement in filing his claim and had signed previous agreements with identical arbitration provisions, we hold that the appellee was bound by the provisions.
