Jamie Land Co., Inc. (Land) brought an action against Dolores Touchstone, her husband Kermit Atwood, and the Louisiana Tax Commission (LTC), seeking to quiet title to property in St. Tammany Parish. Land acquired the property from a company that had bought it at a tax sale. Subsequently, the LTC annulled the tax sale.
