WILLIAMS, Judge.

The defendant, Thomas H. Critton, was charged by bill of information with one count of sexual battery, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:43.1, and one count of attempted sexual battery, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:27 & 14:43.1. After a jury trial, defendant was found guilty as charged. The trial court adjudicated the defendant a fourth felony habitual offender and imposed a sentence of 50 years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension...
