{¶ 1} This cause is before the court on a motion for summary judgment brought by the defendants Mort Simpson, Villas in the Parke Homeowners Association ("VPHOA"), and Resource Property Management Company ("RPM") (collectively, "the defendants").1 The plaintiffs in this action have chosen to appear pro se.
