Gene David Newkirk appeals his convictions and sentences for burglary of a dwelling, grand theft of a firearm, carrying a concealed firearm, possession of a short-barreled shot gun, and possession of a firearm by a delinquent. Newkirk pleaded no contest to these charges after the trial court denied his dispositive motion to suppress.
