The State appeals the judgment of the trial court suppressing evidence obtained against the defendant, Charles A. Mikrut. At issue is whether the seizure of firearms inside a bedroom in Mikrut's home violated the fourth amendment when, over Mikrut's objections, a woman who had previously stayed there admitted officers to the home to assist her in obtaining her belongings.
