In this appeal, we are asked to consider whether the press has a common law or constitutional right of access to the names and addresses of the jury panel in a criminal trial. The Superior Court held that the constitutional right of access was satisfied when the press attended the proceedings and did not separately guarantee the press access to the jurors' names and addresses.
