The plaintiff, Vincent McGuire, appeals from the trial court's ruling on his postjudgment motion for contempt. The plaintiff claims that the court (1) was biased and prejudiced against him and acted as an advocate for the pro se defendant, Lucia B. McGuire, (2) improperly permitted a real estate agent to give opinion testimony without having been qualified as an expert witness and (3) ordered a remedy that was contrary to the law and facts of the case...
