Defendant, Corey A. Green, entered a partially negotiated plea of guilty to unlawful delivery of a controlled substance (720 ILCS 570/401(c)(2) (West 2004)). He was sentenced to nine years' imprisonment and ordered to pay various fines and assessments. Defendant did not move to withdraw the guilty plea and vacate the judgment, but instead moved to reconsider his sentence. The trial court denied the motion...
