Belkin Components ("Belkin") appeals from the judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas following a jury verdict in favor of ACCO Brands, Inc. d/b/a Kensington Technology Group ("ACCO") of willful induced infringement of U.S. Patent 5,502,989 (the "'989 patent"). Belkin also appeals from the court's grant of enhanced damages and attorney fees, its denial of judgment as a matter of law that the patent is invalid...
