Joseph Carl Fleming pleaded guilty in the circuit court to two misdemeanors: attempting to elude a police officer, a violation of § 32-5A-193, Ala.Code 1975, and reckless endangerment, a violation of § 13A-6-24, Ala.Code 1975.
